What this website collects

My website has no accounts, no sign-up and no forms. It does not ask you for your name, email or phone number.

Like any website, my host keeps basic server logs (such as your IP address and the pages requested) for security and to keep the site running.

Booking

I take bookings through an embedded scheduler (Cal.com). When you book, you give the scheduler details such as your name, contact information and the time you want. Cal.com handles that information under its own privacy policy, and I use it to run your appointment and contact you about it.

I send you the address of my studio after you book. It is not shown on this website.

Instagram messages

You can message me at @riosblends on Instagram. Those messages go through Instagram and are handled under Instagram's own terms and privacy policy.

Analytics

I use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits to this site. It does not use cookies and does not build a profile of you. It records things like which page was viewed, the country, the type of device and where the visit came from.

Cookies

My website does not set tracking cookies. The booking calendar may set its own cookies, so it only loads if you press Allow on the cookie notice. If you press Decline, the rest of the site works the same.

Your choice is saved in your own browser on your own device. It is not sent to me.

Payment

You pay me at the chair. This website does not take payments and does not collect card details.

Sharing and selling

I do not sell your personal information. I only share it with the services needed to run the site and your booking (the website host and the scheduler), or if the law requires it.

Your choices

You can ask me what information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. California residents have these rights under California privacy law. Send me a message on Instagram and I will respond.

This site is not meant for children under 13.
